Developed with Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh, this pilot project is a model for safe, sustainable housing that fosters independence and connection.
Located in a larger Habitat for Humanity neighborhood in Southeast Raleigh, Old Poole Place is a new Supported Independent Living community for adults with I/DD. The goal is to balance autonomy, safety, and connection for individuals who are ready to take the next step toward living on their own while still having support available as needed.
